The Service is intended for students in Grades 6 through 12 and their parents or legal guardians. By using the Service:

• You represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

• Enrollment in a Course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the Course Content for personal, educational use.
• Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• Each Course enrollment is for a single user account only. Sharing login credentials or Course access with others is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove Course Content at any time without prior notice.
• Course previews marked as "Free Preview" are accessible without enrollment.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed in full before Course access is granted.
• We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed.
• Any promotional pricing or discounts are valid only for the stated period and may not be combined with other offers.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment:

• Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and less than 20% of the Course Content has been accessed.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@nexusquest.com.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• After 30 days or if more than 20% of the Course Content has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
• Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to video lectures, study notes, text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Nexus QUEST or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any Content.
• You may not record, download, or redistribute video lectures or other proprietary Content.
• You may not use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Screenshots or notes taken for personal study purposes are permitted, but sharing them publicly or with other students is prohibited.
